Christmas Day 2014

Hello Lovlies! I am SUPER sorry about the lack of blogposts lately! I have been busy working and shopping for Christmas pressies! I thought that for today's post, I would upload some pics of Christmas Day! I promise I will post more frequently now!

Christmas Eve:

On Christmas Eve, I worked from 9-3pm. I went home and wrapped the remainder of presents! My family and I went to Christmas Eve Mass at 8pm. When mass was finished, we came home and opened one present each. Then, we went to bed early to make sure Santa wouldn't pass our house!!

Christmas Day:

I was woken up at 7 o'clock on Christmas Morning. We started opening presents at half 7. Shane came over at 12pm for an hour. At 2pm, we had dinner and stuffed our faces until our bellies hurt! From then on, we relaxed on the couch and watched tv. At 7pm, my Aunt, Uncle and cousins came over.

Here's some pics of the day:

It was an eventful day filled with excitement, fun and laughter. I am so grateful for the family and friends I have. I hope everyone had a great day!

Thanks for stopping by!

Sedona Lace Black Friday Haul

Hello Lovlies! Welcome back to Sense Of Beauty! Today's blog post will be short and sweet! Today's blog post is a haul from Sedona Lace that I purchased on Black Friday 2014!

On the 28th of November, I posted this pic on my Sense Of Beauty Facebook page! Sedona Lace are an American based company that offer affordable products that are great quality! They offer makeup brushes and makeup! For Black Friday, Sedona Lace offered 50% off their ENTIRE store! They offered the same offer for Cyber Monday!

I picked up 2 makeup brushes; an eye brush and a face brush. I also picked 2 gel eyeliners; one blue and one black.

I love buying makeup brushes! You can never have enough makeup brushes! Makeup brushes are definitely the way to my heart!

I picked up a face brush. It is called a Dome Contour brush. The brush is available on the site for $16.95. The brush is dense and the bristles are short. I used this brush today and it was soft and excellent at blending.

I picked up an eye brush. It is called a Tapered Blending Brush. It is available on the site for $13.95. I used this brush today when applying my makeup and I loved it! It is excellent for blending your eyeshadows and adding a transition shade into your crease.

I had never tried Gel Eyeliners before so I decided to try Sedona Lace's Gel Eyeliners. They are available on the site for $5.95. I picked up Electra & Black Out.

Electra is an electric blue colour. I wore it to work yesterday and I received so many compliments.

Black out is a matte black colour. I still haven't tried this eyeliner yet.

Enniskillen Haul

Hello Lovlies! Welcome back to Sense Of Beauty! On Monday the 8th of December, I went shopping in Enniskillen with my family. I picked up some Christmas presents and a few bits for myself. Here's a look at what I picked up for myself!

I picked up these DVDs first. I went into the Cex Exchange Shop and found these. Breaking Dawn Part One was £3, this comes with 2 discs; a DVD and a Blu-Ray Disk. Eclipse was ONLY £1!! I was delighted when I found it for a pound!

B & M Bargains is next door to the Cex Exchange Shop. The first thing I found were these adorable heart bowls for only £1.99 each! I picked up two of these. These would be perfect to hold your nail polishes or rings in. Love these!

I picked up this Christmas decoration in B & M Bargains for £1.99. They had a special offer running where you could purchase three of these for £5. I looked for two more of these in the same colour but they only had pink and purple ones left :( There is a small light bulb in the present. It would look really cute under the Christmas Tree!

How adorable are these Slate Heart coasters? I love them! I picked up one pack of these for £1.99. Each pack contains 4 coasters.

The last thing I picked up in B & M Bargains was this Salt and Pepper set. It was originally £2.99 but it was reduced to £1.50! Love these! They even came with some salt and pepper!

Next, I went to Pound Land! I picked up two frames; a grey one and white one. These were only £1 each!! They have a really nice design on them! Great quality for only £1!

Another steal from Pound Land! I picked up these two white lanterns for £1 each! They have a holder for a tea light! Super Cute!!

I was delighted when I discovered Pound Land stocked makeup! I picked up a lip liner and a nail polish for £1 each! Both are in nude shades. I'm not too optimistic about the pigmentation and lasting power of these because they were only £1 each! I will definitely let you know when I try them out!

I had a look around New Look. New Look had a great selection of Jewellery on sale. I picked up these gorgeous pastel blue and silver earrings for only £4.50!

Last but not least, I went into Superdrug! I picked up this Makeup Revolution Eyeshadow Palette for £4! The palette contains 12 eyeshadows and it definitely looks like a dupe for the Naked Palette!

That's it for my haul!
I hope you enjoyed this blog post!
Next blog post will be posted on Sunday!
Thank you!
