Hello Lovlies! Welcome back to Sense Of Beauty! Today's blogpost will be another favourites one! I didn't include any makeup in this favourites as I've been using the same makeup from my previous one!

If you would like to see what my latest favourites are in terms of makeup products, check out this blogpost:

Today's favourites blogpost will include some fashion accessories; handbags and shoes!

Let's get started with my recent favourites! :)

Penneys/Primark Small Handbag
€10
I LOVE this bag! How cute is it? I'm definitely not a small-bag kinda gal but I'm loving this! I had two christenings during the months of April and May and needed a dainty handbag to wear with my outfits. I picked this up in Penneys for €10. The strap length can be changed to suit your preference. I can fit everything that I need in this bag. The bag features a small zip pocket on the inside too!

Longchamp Le Pliage Large in Navy
Around €50-€60
Longchamp's are excellent quality and are reasonably priced! I recommend this bag for any students - it's waterproof, it's durable, it's available in a wide variety of colours and the size large is the perfect size for fitting your books in. The large straps are comfortable on my shoulders and it fits SO MUCH inside! I picked up this bag in Brown Thomas Galway.

Sara Nude Barely There Heels
€35
I picked these up in Sara Ballina recently for a Christening. They were comfortable and looked great with my outfit. These shoes can be worn both casual and formal. I think these would look fab with a pair of lightwash boyfriend jeans and a large slogan tee!

Sara White Heels
€39
White heels can be difficult to find! I loved these when they arrived! The thick heel on the shoes, make them very comfortable. The strap around the ankle is comfortable too. These are available in a few different colours.

Give Sara Ballina a call if you like any of those shoes.
Their number is 096-73979.

Penneys Mermaid Heels
€15
HOW AMAZING ARE THESE SHOES? I am in love with them!! These shoes are perfection. I have been obsessed with these shoes and would be perfect with even the simplest of outfits. A pair of black skinny jeans, a black top, a black leather jacket and these shoes would be gorgeous! Definitely check these shoes out when your in Penneys next!

Róisín's School Tour - Hair, Makeup & Outfit ♥

Hello Lovlies! Welcome back to Sense Of Beauty! My little sister Róisín recently went on her school tour and she asked if I could help her out in terms of hair, outfit and makeup. Keep reading to find out all the details! ;)

First, let's start with the hair!

THE NIGHT BEFORE:

Róisín washed her hair and blow-dried it straight. I used a Babyliss waving wand on her hair. Once the hair was curled, I let it cool. When the hair was cool, I placed it in a shower cap so it would hold over night.

Here's a few pics of the different stages:

After:

I posted a blogpost about curling Róisín's hair back in December, if you want to check it out, here's the link:

THE NEXT DAY:

The next morning I removed the shower cap and created 2 plaits - one on either side of her face and tied them together at the back of her head.

After:

Second, the makeup!

I kept Róisín's makeup very natural! To keep Róisín's brows in place, I used the Collection Colour Lash All Day Wear Mascara in the shade Brown 3. I curled Róisín's eyelashes and applied a thin even coat of the Rimmel London Kate Moss Mascara to the top lashes.

Finally, onto the outfit!

Two New Additions To Our Family & Their New Home

Hello Lovlies! Welcome back to Sense Of Beauty! Today's blogpost is a little different to my usual posts - it isn't beauty or fashion related!! :O

On April 24th, we had the pleasant arrival of these two guys! Please welcome, Chicken McNugger & Sir Chirpsalot (please excuse the fact that I don't actually know which one is which haha!).

On April 24th, my mum and sister Aisling took a trip to pick up these two gorgeous chicks - one white and one black. My sister Aisling chose the names - Chicken McNugger & Sir Chirpsalot (SUUUUUUPERRRRR long I know haha!).

Mum, Dad and Aisling were researching different types of houses for the chickens. Several ideas went through their minds; DIY chicken houses, different sizes and shapes.

After much consideration, they decided to go for a great deal they found on DoneDeal.ie!

They came across a website, https://www.farmfowl.com/chicken-coops

They had a flick around the website and liked this one the most:

Aisling's Hair Transformation | Blue, Pink & Purple Hair?! | April 2015

Hello Lovlies! Welcome back to Sense Of Beauty! Today's blogpost will be hair related! Recently, I dyed my sister's hair. We decided to take pics of the process to show you guys! I would like to thank my little cousin, Ciara for taking the pics for me! I love when I have my little photographer over visiting!! :)

Here's a Before & After shot of Aisling's hair:

First, I dyed Aisling's roots blonde using Jerome Russell Bblonde High Lift Powder Bleach .

When the blonde dye was working it's magic, I dyed Aisling's ends Blue, Purple & Pink! We tried to go with an ombre effect. I dyed the bottom layer Blue, the middle section Purple and the top section Pink. To dye these, I used Schwarzkopf dyes.

When dying Aisling's hair, I diluted the colour dyes with conditioner. For the ends, I added a slight amount of hair conditioner and the further I went up, the more conditioner I added.

Purple Dye: Schwarzkopf Live Color XXL Purple Punk

Blue Dye: Schwarzkopf Live Color XXL Electric Blue

Pink Dye: Schwarzkopf Live Color XXL Shocking Pink

Let's get started with the process! :)

First thing's first, I brushed through Aisling's hair!
